SVSA2800D Series
The SVSA Series is a radiation-tolerant DC-DC converter line designed for demanding space environments, including LEO, MEO, GEO, deep space, and launch vehicle missions. Built with hardened semiconductors and RLAT-tested components, the SVSA Series meets MIL-PRF-38534, Appendix G, Level P standards. Characterized for Total Ionizing Dose (TID) with ELDRS, and Single Event Effects (SEE), these converters ensure mission-critical reliability. Each unit undergoes testing at both the component and hybrid converter levels under VPT’s DLA-approved Radiation Hardness Assurance (RHA) plan.
