The CHB500W series delivers up to 500 W of isolated, regulated DC‑DC conversion in a compact half‑brick package for the industrial environment. With a wide 4:1 input range (9–74 VDC) and high efficiency up to 92.5%, it ensures reliable power even under varying supply conditions. Safety and durability are built in with 3000 VDC isolation, protection against over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, UVLO, UL/IEC/EN 62368-1 certification, MIL‑STD‑810F shock/vibration resistance, and EN 45545-2 fire and smoke compliance. The series features low no-load consumption, remote on/off capability, fixed switching frequency, and optional single-wire parallel control for scalable power configurations. Operating across a wide temperature range (–40 °C to +105 °C) and up to 5000 m altitude, it’s perfect for demanding industrial, telecom, and transportation power systems
