Our power supplies, integrated through Rafael, are essential for the continuous, high-performance operation of this advanced technology, which recently demonstrated its capabilities in the Marine Corps’ first live-fire exercise with an Iron Dome-integrated air Defense prototype.
This milestone event, led by Rafael and developed with Raytheon as the primary contractor, marks a significant step forward in U.S.-Israel defense collaboration. The system combines Rafael’s Iron Dome (Tamir) interceptor with American radar and command systems, creating a mobile, adaptable solution that addresses various medium-range threats. During the exercise, the Marines successfully intercepted simulated threats, including cruise missiles, UAVs, and rocket artillery, showcasing the system’s readiness.
