The MQC150 series delivers 150W of reliable AC-DC power in an ultra-compact, PCB-mountable design. With a universal input range of 90–264VAC and high efficiency up to 93.5%, it ensures optimal performance for medical and industrial applications. The module features reinforced 4000VAC isolation, low leakage current (<0.1mA), and complies with 2 x MOPP requirements, making it suitable for BF applications. Certified to UL/IEC/EN 60601-1 3.2 Edition and UL/IEC/EN 62368-1 standards, it offers robust protection against over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and over-temperature conditions. Its low no-load power consumption (<0.5W) and wide operating temperature range (-30°C to +70°C) make it an ideal choice for space-constrained, safety-critical environments.
